Construction Sealants Ltd are pleased to announce the new contract with Kier Northern on Windmill Green, Mount Green, Manchester. Works will include external windows, doors and expansion joints up to 20mm gaps, internal joints including skirting boards and sanitary areas.
Windmill Green is the new name for 24 Mount Street redevelopment in Manchester, a 78,000 sq. ft office development and extension of the former London Scottish House. The offices are being marketed as “an entrepreneurial hub” and will be delivered across eight storeys with ground/first floor retails and leisure units. The project will include retail and leisure space, a roof terrace and improvements to the public realm.
