Construction Sealants Ltd is pleased to announce the new contract with McAleer and Rushe on The Denizen, London. Works are currently ongoing with work being carried out to the external sealing of the building.
The redevelopment of a former police section house to provide high-quality apartments within a 10 – 7 story residential building. This high-quality redevelopment has been designed to provide a sophisticated collection of 99 studio, 1, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments offering elegant living spaces including tenant amenity space, ancillary car parking, and private landscaping.
Construction Sealants and McAleer and Rushe have been working in partnership for over 13 years, and we have completed over 90 projects in this time, on budget and on time. “825 is designed for perimeter pointing internally and externally around PVCu /wood and powder coated aluminium. It can be used for sealing and as an adhesive onto PVC, plastic trims and components as well as the sealing of soft metals such as lead, copper, and zinc.
Everbuild Tecnic silicone 825 can be used as a weather sealing and joint sealing to pre-formed panels and curtain walling, glazing sealing and draught proofing. It can also be used for the glass to glass and glass to aluminium sealing, parapet and roof weather sealing applications as well as being suitable as an expansion joint sealant.”
