Construction Sealants Ltd are pleased to announce the new contract with National Control at Studley Castle. Works were carried out by one operative on a day visit to seal the joints around the pool, the base of pool perimeter and expansion joints plus joints to the drains and wall joints using Everbuild Sika Pool.
Studley Castle near Redditch was built in the 1830s and will have 210 bedrooms, a swimming pool, and spa when it reopens after a £50m injection of cash from Warner Leisure Hotels.
The refurbishment of the 19th-century, Grade II*-listed property will mark the largest investment ever undertaken by Warner, which owns 14 hotels in the UK.
Construction Sealants and National Control have been working in partnership for 2 years, and we have completed 2 projects in this time, on budget and on time. The current project at Studley Castle that CSL is undertaking is the 2nd pool sealant we have worked on with National Control and our experience and expertise will ensure that like all other projects that Construction Sealants undertakes is on time and on budget.
