Construction Sealants Ltd are pleased to announce the new contract with Level Best Solutions on Peter House in Manchester City Centre is now complete. Works were completed on a two-day visit by one operative carrying out sealing to all internal office screens, doors and kitchen areas.
Peter House based in the heart of Manchester’s innovation and academic quarters on Oxford Road, will see the city’s newest 10 floor conversion. Built in the 1900s the original office building will be extensively refurbished with a jazzy industrial aesthetic, featuring exposed services and shot-blasted concrete columns. With large windows letting in lots of natural light, abundant training rooms and more – this down-to-earth community caters to all companies, big and small with opportunities for individual workstations as well as larger office spaces.
Construction Sealants and Level Best Solutions started working in partnership this year (2019) and we have completed 2 projects in this time, on budget and on time. The current project at Peter House that CSL is undertaking is the 2nd Office Space we have worked on with Level Best Solutions and our experience and expertise will ensure that, like all other projects that Construction Sealants undertakes is on time and on budget.
