Construction Sealants Ltd are pleased to announce the new contract with Thomas Armstrong on Lodore Falls Hotel in Borrowdale, Cumbria. Works will include both external and internal, main areas internally being bathrooms, brasserie and floors. The project will take approximately a week to complete by two men.
This exciting new £7m development at the Lodore Falls Hotel in Borrowdale is under way, which is a part of the seven -strong Lake District Hotels.
Work started in January 2017 with a refurbishment of the existing public areas inc lobby and lounges, giving a new contemporary feel to the 146 year old property. The existing leisure facilities, including an outdoor swimming pool and squash court, will be demolished to make room for an expansion project creating 18 new bedrooms, a brasserie, a function suite and state of the art spa which includes a rhassoul, loconium, salt cave, saunas and an infinity pool with views across Derwentwater to Catbells. The project is due to complete in summer 2018.

Everbuild 825 is designed for perimeter pointing internally and externally around PVCu /wood and powder coated aluminium. It can be used for sealing and as an adhesive onto PVC, plastic trims and components as well as the sealing of soft metals such as lead, copper and zinc.
Everbuild Tecnic silicone 825 can be used as a weather sealing and joint sealing to pre-formed panels and curtain walling, glazing sealing and draught proofing. It can also be used for glass to glass and glass to aluminium sealing, parapet and roof weather sealing applications as well as being suitable as an expansion joint sealant.
