Construction Sealants Limited is pleased to announce a new contract with LCS Pipework Limited, on Isle of Man Ferry Terminal, Liverpool.
Works were carried out to various areas of slab concrete joints along with miothene removal.
Construction Sealants carried out all works on time and within budget.
Liverpool’s new Isle of Man ferry terminal is nearing completion and will welcome its first passengers at the end of March 2024. Work began on the terminal at Princes Half Tide Dock in 2019 with an initial planned completion date of August 2021. However, it has been hit by several delays since.
The terminal building, which features more than 274 tonnes of steelwork, will accommodate up to 1,000 passengers and provide 1,145 meters of vehicle lanes.
