Construction Sealants Ltd are pleased to announce the new contract with Laing O’Rourke on 3Ts redevelopment. Works have just started (week commencing 12th November) on the Royal Sussex County Hospital. We have been asked to attend site early mornings and later in the evenings to carry out all external work, not to disturb the hospital as it continues to run throughout the development.
The 3Ts Redevelopment of the Royal Sussex County Hospital is a £485 million programme to replace all the currently outdated buildings on the front of the main hospital. The new 11 story building will happen in three stages and take nine years to complete. The first of the new buildings are scheduled to open in 2020 and the second in 2023. 3Ts Redevelopment project also intends to allow for specialist tertiary, trauma and teaching facilities to be offered in the region.
