Construction Sealants Limited is pleased to announce the successful completion of sealing works on the Bank Bar and Brasserie project, delivered in partnership with Building Projects Group Limited. This marks our first collaboration with the contractor and highlights our continued involvement in high-quality refurbishment and fit-out projects across the UK.
Bank Bar and Brasserie is located within the iconic former NatWest Bank building, which has been a prominent part of the local streetscape since 1897. The historic building has been carefully transformed into a stylish hospitality venue while retaining many of its original architectural features.
The refurbishment project required skilled trades and careful attention to detail to ensure the building’s character was preserved while creating a modern and welcoming environment for visitors.
Construction Sealants Limited was appointed to carry out all internal sealing works throughout the building. Our experienced applicators worked closely with the wider project team to ensure every element of the sealing package was delivered to the highest standard.
The works were completed efficiently and in line with the project programme, supporting the successful delivery of the refurbishment.
