Construction Sealants Limited are pleased to announce two more new contracts with Aldi. Works will include internal works on both stores in Stalybridge and Rochdale. Each project will take a day visit on each by one man.
Construction Sealants and Aldi have been working in partnership working directly for Aldi Stores Ltd and their framework partners CTM, O’Neil & Partners and Edge Property Solutions since 2012, and we have completed over 130 projects in this time, on budget and on time. The current Aldi that CSL is undertaking is the 132nd project we have worked on and our experience and expertise will ensure that, like all other projects that Construction Sealants undertakes is on time and on budget.

Construction Sealants Ltd supplied and installed Everbuild Silicone 825 on this project.
Everbuild 825 is designed for perimeter pointing internally and externally around PVCu /wood and powder coated aluminium. It can be used for sealing and as an adhesive onto PVC, plastic trims and components as well as the sealing of soft metals such as lead, copper and zinc.
Everbuild Tecnic silicone 825 can be used as a weather sealing and joint sealing to pre-formed panels and curtain walling, glazing sealing and draught proofing. It can also be used for glass to glass and glass to aluminium sealing, parapet and roof weather sealing applications as well as being suitable as an expansion joint sealant.
