Construction Sealants Ltd are pleased to announce the new contract with Persimmon Homes on the new housing development at Alder Lane, Hindley, Wigan.
Work will be carried out on 10 of the different house types available are to include:
Sealing around frames and meter boxes in coloured sealant
Seal window reveals to plaster
Seal kitchen worktops and sanitary ware
Seal the junction of skirting to the floor – externals and party walls
To seal all the perimeter of integral garage ceilings
Persimmon Gardens is a collection of new homes coming soon to the town of Hindley lying east of Wigan. This new development offers a range of two, three- and four-bedroom homes – perfect if you’re looking for your first home or need a bit more space for a growing family.
The 81-home development has a range of 10 different house types and will include 20 two-bed, 19 three-bed, and 42 four-bed homes.
Alder lane will also include large areas of open space, a pond, and a new landscaping design.
