Sealant works have officially commenced at Fairfield Cottages, delivered in partnership with Sunninghill Construction. This marks an important milestone in the progression of this high-quality residential development in West Sussex.
Our experienced applicators are currently on site carrying out external sealing works, using anthracite and brick red finishes to complement the overall design of the properties. This phase ensures both durability and a high standard of finish ahead of the internal sealing stage.
The Fairfield Cottages scheme comprises:
Four one-bedroom maisonettes
Four two-bedroom houses
This thoughtfully designed development will provide a mix of shared ownership and affordable rent homes, helping to meet local housing demand and support the community in Cowfold.
With external works progressing well, the project will soon move into the internal sealant phase. The development remains on track, with handover planned for Summer 2026.
