Works are currently ongoing and we will be carrying out sealant application to both internal and externals of the building.
Westminster Fire Station is being transformed into a boutique development of 17 one to three-bedroom apartments, with a restaurant and private residential courtyard.
The project will be the restoration of the Fire Station, as well as creating a new, contemporary building at the rear of the fire station Bridging the gap between the original firehouse and the newly built Station House will be a residents-only courtyard area.
The original Fire Station’s old engine room will house a restaurant with Michelin starred chef over two floors, and six residential apartments from floors one through four. Original features that have been maintained include the fireman’s pole, a former ‘watch room’, exposed steam beams, and the classic glazed brick covered walls.
The Station House will contain eleven apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms.

Everbuild Tecnic S50 Silicone is a mid-modulus, heavy bodied acetoxy curing silicone sealant that contains a powerful anti-fungal compound to prevent mold and fungal growth in areas of high humidity.
The mid-modulus nature of this formulation gives improved adhesion and flexibility when compared to standard high modulus sanitary grades. Everbuild Tecnic S50 Silicone is perfect for sealing around all types of baths, shower trays as well as an expansion joint and corner sealing of ceramic tiles. Everbuild Tecnic S50 Silicone can be used for the sealing around sanitary fittings in domestic and municipal applications.
