Construction Sealants Ltd are pleased to announce the new contract with Jennor UK on The Lighthouse Apartments. Works were carried out by one of our operatives on a day visit, we were asked to site to refresh and replenish old sealant works carried out by a previous company to the internal of the building.
The Light Aparthotel is a Chinese-style 4-star building in the heart of Manchester City Centre. Residing in a 19-story building, the hotel was opened in 2008 and fully renovated again in 2012.
The Light House is the tallest residential block in the Northern Quarter area of Manchester and was first completed in 2008, The Lighthouse is a mixed-use development that spans 19 floors in total with commercial units to the ground floor and 107 modern residential studios, one and two-bedroom (including penthouse) apartments above.
The Lighthouse sits on an old Victorian building but above is a new modern skyscraper. The Lighthouse also shares the block with The Light Aparthotel who occupy the buildings lower floors.
Construction Sealants and Jennor UK have been working in partnership for 11 months, and we have completed over 3 projects in this time, on budget and on time.
