Construction Sealants Ltd are pleased to announce the new contract with Lawrence Baker Limited on a new state of the art care home. Works are to include all external and internal sealant to areas such as floors, sanitary and windows.
Work has started on the purpose-built home on Curbridge Road in Oxon. When complete, the new care home will provide full time residential, nursing and specialist dementia care for up to 52 older people and create 78 jobs. The two-storey home, which is expected to welcome its first residents in March 2019, will include facilities such as a cinema, cafe, and hairdressing salon.
Construction Sealants and Lawrence Baker Limited have been working in partnership for just one year, and we have completed three projects in this short time, on budget and on time. The current care home that CSL is undertaking is the third care home for Lawrence Baker we have worked on. Our experience and expertise will ensure that like all other projects that Construction Sealants undertakes are on time and on budget.
