Construction Sealants Ltd is pleased to announce the new contract with McAleer & Rushe Group on a Hotel and Commercial space in Newcastle. Works started on January 31st and are still currently ongoing. Work will include all external joints, windows, and internal sealing.
This £100m investment in the heart of Newcastle Upon Tyne has started to flatten a 1960’s eyesore shopping centre and replace it with a hotel, shopping scheme along with student accommodation which we are also working on. The 265-bedroom four-star hotel will come complete with a bar, restaurant and business centre facilities.
Construction Sealants and McAleer & Rushe Group have been working in partnership for over 13 years, and we have completed over 84 projects in this time, on budget and on time.
