Construction Sealants Ltd are pleased to announce the new contract with Henley Construction Limited. Work is now complete on the new 156 housing development in Manchester. Work was carried out over a 7-month period, from October 2017 – May 2018 in 26-day visits. Our operatives carried out all external and internal sealing.
A grade II listed historic site located in Cheadle, Greater Manchester is set to become a new development creating 156 homes. 39 of these will be conversion apartments and new-build townhouses, constructed within and around the listed former Barnes Hospital building itself. In addition, in the spacious grounds surrounding the Hospital will be 117 new-build, two, three and four-bedroom family homes. These homes will have private front and rear gardens, with many also offering off-street parking.
