Construction Sealants Ltd are pleased to announce the latest contract with Aspect Construction. Works are now completed at the Springfield Brewery in Wolverhampton. We started work in February 2018, internal sealing of the skirtings, trunkings and around glazing units with coloured sealant. The project was completed after two visits by one operative.
The University of Technical College have bought the former Springfield Brewery in Wolverhampton City Centre. The former Springfield Brewery site in Wolverhampton is set to become home to the new multi-million-pound, West Midlands Construction – The University of Technically College.
The 12-acre brewery, which has been vacant since 1991 will provide education with a focus on construction and the application of IT in the built environment alongside core GCSEs and A Levels as well as teaching courses and training facilities for apprenticeships through to degree level.
