Construction Sealants Ltd are pleased to announce the new contract with ISG on the refurb of one of Manchester’s leisure center. Works include both internal and external carried out periodically between October 2017 and is due to be fully completed in October 2018.
Manchester City Council has allocated £8m for the refurbishment and modernization of Moss Side Leisure Centre as a part of a city-wide strategy.
The city’s aim is to provide state of the art facilities and increasing participation in sport across the city.
The 1970s building which includes a sports hall, studio area, swimming pool, gym and changing areas all will undergo a revamp. An extension is also being constructed under the overhang of the existing building, increasing the total fitness area by 40 percent.
