Construction Sealants Limited have now completed in time and on budget theses impressive exclusive six bedroom homes in one of South Manchester’s most affluent suburbs for PH Property Holdings Limited.
Bow Green, Bowden is an exclusive development of three imposing six bedroom homes offering a combination of luxury, convenience and exclusivity.

We have been awarded another job for PH Property and works have now commenced at Elderslie, Barrow Lane, Hale. This new home extending to over 8000 sq.ft. is being constructed for a local businessman. All external works to the frames and movement joints are now complete, along with sealing internal window frames, sanitary areas. We have one more visit to carry out works to the tile junctions to the pool area and we will have completed.
