Construction Sealants have been awarded a works to be carried out on the new Belong Care Village in Newcastle Under Lyme.
Works will be carried out for Pochin’s who has secured its seventh £10million-plus contract in 12 months.
The £13.5million project will restore the former Maxims nightclub – a Grade II-listed building – as part of a wider 73,000 sq ft care village.
The state-of-the-art complex, which is due to open early this year, will offer 24-hour nursing and dementia care facilities for 72 residents in six households, as well as 28 apartments for independent living. The village nhas been designed by dementia-design specialist and will also include a host of community facilities that will be open to the wider public.
