Construction Sealants Ltd are pleased to announce the new contract with Pochin on a new residential scheme in Sandbach, Cheshire. Works are due to start in late May carrying out work on frames, soffits and sanitary.
Copper Beeches is a new luxury residential development in Sandbach, Cheshire. The site will comprise a select number of detached new-build houses, together with a single large Victorian property. This exclusive gated community is set within its own landscaped courtyard and grounds, providing privacy and security for buyers. Completion of the new build houses is expected in summer, with the fully renovated Victorian period home, being ready in late spring.

Construction Sealants Ltd supplied and installed Everbuild 825 for external work and Mapesil for internal works.
Everbuild 825 is designed for perimeter pointing internally and externally around PVCu /wood and powder coated aluminium. It can be used for sealing and as an adhesive onto PVC, plastic trims and components as well as the sealing of soft metals such as lead, copper and zinc.
Everbuild Tecnic silicone 825 can be used as a weather sealing and joint sealing to pre-formed panels and curtain walling, glazing sealing and draught proofing. It can also be used for glass to glass and glass to aluminium sealing, parapet and roof weather sealing applications as well as being suitable as an expansion joint sealant.
MAPESIL AC is a high quality, one part, acetic based, mildew resistant, silicone sealant for internal and external use. MAPESIL AC can be used for bathrooms, kitchens, showers and even swimming pools when used with primer! MAPESIL AC colours also match Mapei Ultracolour Plus grout.
